In the first half of 2024, the AH Group team was busy attending several conferences. We had the pleasure to attend three trade shows so far in 2024: MMPC, Automate, and Reliable Plant. Our team had the opportunity to meet many new and familiar faces while learning more about different sectors of the manufacturing industry.
MMPC
In early May, AH Group attended the Michigan Minority Procurement Conference (MMPC) in Detroit, Michigan. As a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), we were looking forward to meeting representatives from other MBEs and professionals from companies who support MBEs. We were able to learn much about the needs of MBE customers and how to better support them in their MRO efforts.
Automate
Shortly after MMPC, the AH Group team packed up and traveled to Automate in Chicago, Illinois on May 5 – 9. As first-time exhibitors, we were eager to learn more about the future of automation within manufacturing. We learned more about how companies can leverage new technologies such as advanced robotics and artificial intelligence to increase productivity and efficiency in their plants. Now, we know more about how we can support companies utilizing new technologies in their repair efforts.
Reliable Plant
Lastly, our team returned to Illinois to attend the Reliable Plant conference from June 4 – 6. Reliable Plant focuses on teaching attendees about the latest trends and tactics in maintenance and reliability. As an MRO repair management partner, it is integral that our team stay up to date with new practices within our realm of manufacturing. We were grateful to meet customers within manufacturing, learn more about their maintenance challenges, and how AH Group can help fill in the gaps with MRO repair management.
The AH Group team was obliged to attend three conferences in the first half of 2024: MMPC, Automate, and Reliable Plant. We are glad to have met so many new and familiar manufacturing and industrial professionals. We are also grateful we were able to learn more about each sector of the industry and how an MRO repair management company can better serve customers in this space. We are already looking forward to attending IMTS in the second half of 2024!
