Drew Parikh
Dhrumil (Drew) Parikh is the president and CEO of AH Group of Companies. Since co-founding the company’s modern growth journey in 2009 alongside his late business partner, Dhawal Zatakia, Drew has helped transform AH Group from a focused industrial services provider into a global operation supporting major manufacturers across North America and Europe.
Under Drew’s leadership, AH Group has been recognized multiple times by Inc5000 as one of the fastest growing private companies in America, as well as one of the most innovative companies in America by Fortune, and a top workplace by the Detroit Free Press. Today, the company serves customers across industries including automotive, aerospace, omnichannel, heavy equipment, oil and gas, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and food and beverage processing.
Drew’s leadership style is grounded in long-term vision, customer partnership, operational urgency, and the belief that strong relationships create durable business value. Beyond AH Group, Drew is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), and he is committed to mentorship and workforce development. As a member of the Winning Futures Board of Directors, Drew supports career pathways for young people, especially in skilled trades and brings the same builder’s mindset to community impact that has defined his journey at AH Group.

Madhu Naidu brings a builder’s perspective to the CFO seat. His career spans product and technology initiatives at Ford, GM, OnStar, and IBM, global consulting for industrial and investment firms, and two niche businesses he co-founded that were later acquired by publicly traded companies.
At AH Group, Madhu leads the financial systems and in-house software platforms that power repair management at scale. His work enables Fortune 500 manufacturers across North America and Europe to coordinate thousands of suppliers through infrastructure built for one purpose: supply chain services that are scalable, efficient, and reliable.
Madhu has lived in the full arc of entrepreneurship, including several ventures, shaping his experience and how he runs finance at AH Group. Accountability, transparency, disciplined cost management, and decisions grounded in facts.

Jennifer Curtis has spent more than a decade building the team behind AH Group’s growth. Since joining the company in 2012, she has shaped its people’s strategy from the ground up, leading talent acquisition, employee development, and workplace culture across the organization.
In a business where repairs follow defined processes and are managed by skilled people, Jennifer treats talent as infrastructure. Her focus is practical: hire well, develop deliberately, and build a culture where accountability and care coexist. That approach has helped AH Group retain deep institutional expertise while scaling its workforce to meet the demands of eight industrial verticals.
Before AH Group, Jennifer held operations and purchasing leadership roles at Wireless Vision, where she managed market operations across Michigan, with earlier experience at Verizon Wireless. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and completed human resources management studies at the University of Phoenix.

Ethan Flack leads global operations at AH Group, overseeing the execution engine behind component repairs across geographies. His responsibilities span vendor network performance, quality assurance, and operational delivery for some of the world’s largest OEM and Fortune 500 manufacturing programs.
He oversees vendor performance, quality assurance, and operational execution for OEM and Fortune 500 manufacturing programs worldwide. His teams are accountable for the turnaround, quality, and cost performance that customer programs depend on.
Prior to AH Group, Ethan held operations leadership roles at Amazon, including Site Leader of a U.S. fulfillment center, and served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army. He attended graduate school at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School and holds a B.A. from the College of Wooster. He is based in Metro Detroit.

Jesse Shoff leads AH Group’s growth strategy, strategic account development, and expansion into new industrial markets.
With more than 20 years in industrial sales and executive leadership, Jesse has built commercial partnerships with some of the world’s largest manufacturers across aerospace, automotive, heavy equipment, chemical, oil and gas, and pulp and paper. He previously held leadership and strategic sales roles at Fastenal and LGG Industrial.
At AH Group, he works directly with procurement and operations leaders to reduce MRO costs, strengthen repair programs, and bring visibility and control to industrial repair spend.
Jesse holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Pennsylvania Western University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Will Shah leads customer relations at AH Group, where he partners with customers and internal teams to identify new initiatives that drive cost savings and elevate service delivery. Over his 8.5 years with AH Group, Will has built a career spanning account management, program launches, and global supply chain leadership.
He began as an Onsite Account Manager in 2018, then moved into the role of Program Manager in 2022, where he launched a Repair and Warranty program across 22 customer sites. As Global Supply Chain Manager, he oversaw 6,000+ vendors and introduced quarterly supplier scorecards for AH’s top 100 suppliers.
Will holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, an M.S. in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA.
