Drew Parikh

Dhrumil (Drew) Parikh is the president and CEO of AH Group of Companies. Since co-founding the company’s modern growth journey in 2009 alongside his late business partner, Dhawal Zatakia, Drew has helped transform AH Group from a focused industrial services provider into a global operation supporting major manufacturers across North America and Europe.

Under Drew’s leadership, AH Group has been recognized multiple times by Inc5000 as one of the fastest growing private companies in America, as well as one of the most innovative companies in America by Fortune, and a top workplace by the Detroit Free Press. Today, the company serves customers across industries including automotive, aerospace, omnichannel, heavy equipment, oil and gas, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and food and beverage processing.

Drew’s leadership style is grounded in long-term vision, customer partnership, operational urgency, and the belief that strong relationships create durable business value. Beyond AH Group, Drew is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), and he is committed to mentorship and workforce development. As a member of the Winning Futures Board of Directors, Drew supports career pathways for young people, especially in skilled trades and brings the same builder’s mindset to community impact that has defined his journey at AH Group.

Co-owner of HealthComp Administrators, built into a nationally recognized third-party benefits administrator before its 2016 acquisition. Now an active investor and board member across technology, manufacturing, construction and solar energy.

Michael Bouskos is an entrepreneur, executive, investor and board member with more than two decades of leadership across diverse industries.

He co-owned HealthComp Administrators, serving as Chairman, CFO and Director of Business Development, helping build it into a nationally recognized benefits administrator before its 2016 acquisition by a San Francisco-based private equity firm.

He now invests in privately held companies spanning technology, healthcare, manufacturing, food service and real estate, and serves on boards across landscape services, manufacturing, construction and solar energy.

He has been a YPO member since 2006, holding roles including Chapter Chair and International Program Chair.

Bart Shuldman is a public-company CEO, board director and strategic advisor with more than four decades in manufacturing, technology and software. He spent 27 years as CEO of TransAct Technologies, leading its IPO and guiding its expansion into SaaS, growing two platforms to more than $20 million in annual recurring revenue.

He began his career in GE’s Manufacturing Management Program. Today he advises boards of privately held and family-owned businesses on strategy and execution through the Alignment System, a management process he developed. He is a longtime YPO member and Treasurer of Dress for Success Worldwide.

He is founder and CEO of Abundant Power Group, a clean-energy ecosystem incubator spanning finance, infrastructure, technology and climate investments.

He has participated in more than 100 transactions, helped raise and deploy over $1 billion in capital, and founded, invested in or led more than 25 companies. He has served on corporate, private-equity-backed, family office and nonprofit boards, including as Chair, and is a Trustee of the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Jennifer Curtis has spent more than a decade building the team behind AH Group’s growth. Since joining in 2012, she has shaped its people strategy from the ground up, leading talent acquisition, employee development and workplace culture.

In a business managed by skilled people, she treats talent as infrastructure, helping AH Group retain deep institutional expertise while scaling to meet the demands of eight industrial verticals.

Before AH Group, Jennifer held operations and purchasing leadership roles at Wireless Vision and Verizon Wireless. She holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and studied HR management at the University of Phoenix.

Leads global operations at AH Group, overseeing vendor performance, quality and delivery for OEM and Fortune 500 manufacturing programs worldwide. Previously led operations at Amazon and served as a U.S. Army infantry officer.

Ethan Flack leads global operations at AH Group, overseeing the execution engine behind component repairs across geographies. His responsibilities span vendor network performance, quality assurance and operational delivery for some of the world’s largest OEM and Fortune 500 manufacturing programs.

His teams are accountable for the turnaround, quality, and cost performance that customer programs depend on. Richa Singh is the Head of Marketing at AH Group of Companies. She brings decades of B2B and B2C marketing experience across telecom, IT, SaaS and enterprise workforce solutions, including her prior role at a staffing company.

At AH Group, she leads go-to-market strategy, content and brand positioning for the company’s Repair Management as a Service offering, with deep expertise in marketing operations, SEO and AEO strategies, marketing automation and omnichannel execution.

She holds an MBA in Marketing and volunteers as a parent coach for STEM and robotics programs and in nonprofit marketing initiatives.
