From the shop floor
to the data layer.
Forty years of earning trust, through unparalleled service.
“We didn't set out to build a platform.
We set out to solve a problem no one else was solving.”
AH Group began on the shop floor – building hydraulic drives for the automotive giants that defined American manufacturing. Over four decades, the company would transform twice, survive an industry-wide shift, and discover its true purpose: becoming the trusted gatekeeper that makes industrial repair reliable, visible, and intelligent.

Always Customer First
Repair first. Always.
Every component is an opportunity to reduce waste, preserve resources and keep operations running. Our 3R approach puts the right outcome first.
Repair. Restore to original specification — our first choice.
Replace. When repair isn't viable, source the right replacement.
Reuse. Maximize component life. Minimize waste. Reinvest savings.
Built on the assembly line
In 1982, a team of engineers in Michigan founded American Hydrostatics Manufacturing Inc. — a company built to manufacture hydraulic drives for GM, Ford, and Chrysler.
These weren't simple components. Hydraulic systems are the muscle of industrial machinery. AH Group built them to spec, to deadline, and to the demanding standards of Tier-1 automotive manufacturing. That discipline would define the company's DNA for decades to come.

When the industry changed,
we changed first
Through the 1980s and 1990s, the automotive industry began a fundamental shift — from hydraulic systems to electrical. For a hydraulic manufacturer, this was existential.
AH Group made a decisive choice: adapt before the market forced the issue. The company pivoted from manufacturing into repair and rebuild, and then into distribution of hydraulic components. The technical expertise stayed. The business model evolved.
It was the first time AH Group would redefine itself. It would not be the last.
Hydraulic manufacturing → electrical systems
Repair & rebuild → component distribution

New leadership. A new era for AH.
Around 2008–09, Dhrumil (Drew) Parikh and Dhawal Zatakia started the next chapter for AH, building the present-day AH Group with the acquisition of an American hydraulic distribution business. The mandate was clear: stay customer-focused, serve with urgency, and expand beyond the existing model.
The initial vision was a broad MRO supply play — a logical direction to provide maintenance, repair, and operations products across industrial verticals. But the market revealed a far more interesting opportunity.
In 2009, the business rebranded from American Hydrostatics to AH Group of Companies. Drew Parikh and Dhawal Zatakia built the business with new strategies to scale while keeping the team grounded and the ambition high.

The trusted layer behind industrial repair
Companies were reluctant to use repaired parts, not because repair was wrong, but because they couldn't trust the quality. The vendor ecosystem was fragmented, unvetted, and opaque. AH Group saw an opportunity no one else had framed.
Today, AH Group manages 100,000+ component repairs annually, connecting customers with a vetted network and giving them real-time visibility and documented outcomes.
With 1,800+ OEM-certified partners, 6,000+ vetted repair suppliers, and JunoEdge tracking, AH Group helps make industrial repair reliable, visible, and accountable.
Fragmented suppliers · Limited visibility · Warranty uncertainty
Vetted network · JunoEdge tracking · Documented outcomes
